Just got back from paying homage to the hopeless geek in me with the Distant Worlds concert in Denver. Had tickets, but didn't think I was going to make it thanks to a presentation I'm slated for tomorrow, but it started a bit later than I thought and I managed to wrap up my slides before 6....

It was good. Parts of it rushed and somewhat mediocre, and parts good enough to induce goosebumps. So it evens itself out - much respect to Arnie Roth.

But now I've gotta rehearse...
