I took photos at CMZoo on Sunday, and am hoping to get up early enough to hit Mission Wolf and possibly Great Sand Dunes National Park. It'll be the longest drive I've taken since moving to this state, but it may be the last chance I have to safely do either in a 2WD this year.

Anyway, I figured I'd post photos from the last trip:


Only one so far. I'll weed through the rest of the set and see if anything came out well.




I'm thinking about becoming a volunteer docent for the zoo.

Set's up.

I've made it a goal to shoot every weekend since I got the camera - a great reason to escape the apartment - and though I haven't posted anything in a while due to the hard drive issue, it's actually working been working out pretty well.

This week, I went back to Cheyenne Mountain State Park. And brought along the mountain bike I bought for my morning commute, stuffing the camera and the telephoto in a backpack. And 'lo and behold, wildlife out of a zoo!
